Modern Bridal Wear

The most important aspect of my bespoke bridal service is that I can offer you whatever you want. I do not believe in bride and groom and so I cater for all people. If you’re looking for bridal wear that is special and unique to you, I can help you realise your vision and ensure that you feel that bridal buzz and VIP treatmet. From perfect fitting trousers to jumpsuits, I can design and make modern bridal wear that is comfortable yet stylish. I also can design modern wedding dresses that don’t scream lace or bridezilla, but are more classic and in keeping with your personal style. I love fashion and believe style is more important than the latest trends. I work with you closely to find out exactly what modern bridal wear you are looking for while offering you a safe, confidential studio space to relax, enjoy your bridal journey and feel at ease.

Modern bridal accessories

At River Elliot Bridal I also make custom made bridal accessories such as bow ties, which are designed to fit all neck sizes. My bow ties are all made by hand and are self-tie only. They also feature bespoke metal hardware which is more luxe and stylish than normal cheap hardware found on standard bow ties. I can custom make your bridal bow tie to match your partner’s outfit or your wedding theme.

My bridal bow ties come in three different finishes (classic butterfly, modern square cut or a stylish diamond finish). I can source a beautiful array of fabrics from woven cottons and Liberty prints to contemporary materials such as wool, metallics and pleather.

Bridal Wear Alterations

If you’re looking for alterations for your bridal wear, I offer a private studio space where you can bring your outfit so that I can assess the fit and what needs to be altered. My skills in dressmaking and design mean that I can professionally alter all bridal wear from suits to dresses as well as jumpsuits and vintage garments. I also offer a re-design service which is brilliant for vintage clothing.
